Based on "Dadaism", the international, revolutionary art movement from the 1920s, this follow-up wine from the high altitudes of the Pedernata, which is fed by the meltwater of the Andes, also bears this name.

It's DADÁ time. What is DADA? If you were to ask a Dadaist, the answer might be: "Dada means nothing." If you were to ask Eduardo Casademont, you would get a much longer answer. After all, the chief winemaker from Finca Las Moras is turning Argentina's wine scene upside down with his brilliant red wine cuvée "DADÁ". There is indeed a lot of the spirit of Dadaism behind it. It's about leaving the beaten path, daring to try something new and being your very own taste expert. But while the Dadaists liked to look for the solution in chaos, Eduardo leaves nothing to chance when it comes to winemaking. The high altitudes in the Pedernal Valley experience the highest temperature fluctuations in all of Argentina and produce grapes of extraordinary power and concentration. Melt water from the Andes is preferred for irrigation. Training systems, cutting and cellar technology are up to date. The result is a wine that leaves no questions unanswered. Unusually fruity, soft, harmonious and with all silky elegance with a strong structure.
