• STORY: In the middle of the 20th century, Josep Cudié realized his great dream: to turn an almond into a sweet, chocolaty delicacy. He founded a factory in Vilafranca del Penedès and constantly developed new recipes for pralines and creams in order to turn crunchy nuts into small works of art. Two generations later, Cudié is still an artisanal business, in which almonds, hazelnuts and macadamia nuts are artfully wrapped and refined with the finest ingredients with great care.

• CHOCOLATES: Handmade in the small manufactory. After being lightly roasted, the macadamia nuts are coated with fine white chocolate and finally sprinkled with high-quality cocoa. Only exquisite macadamia nuts are used, the largest and best quality on the market.

• ORIGINAL RECIPE: Bombones Cudié is a chocolate delicatessen family company that has kept the secrets of its production of dried fruit chocolates and exquisite handmade pralines for three generations since Josep Cudié created the emblematic Catànies in 1946, gastronomic symbol of the Mediterranean and essential sweet of Catalan pastries.
