AGING: This dark rum is stored for 7 to 10 years in old bourbon barrels made of American oak. After the "final blend" has been composed, it is placed in the barrel again to complete it.
AROMA: Warm, spicy notes of maple syrup and chocolate on the nose, delicately smoky
ASSESSMENT: very full-bodied on the palate, aromatic, intense and powerful with fine toasted and spicy notes.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: solo or as a cool cocktail
