STORY: The family-run company GH Martel & Co. has owned vineyards in the prestigious Champagne region since 1869. The property currently includes around 100 hectares of acreage on which the three grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay are grown. The company headquarters are in Epernay, right in the heart of Champagne.

VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested at the ideal degree of ripeness and gently pressed separately for each grape variety. The must is pumped onto stainless steel tanks and the first fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures.
AROMA: Pale yellow with fine perlage. The bouquet develops aromas of exotic fruits and floral notes.
EVALUATION: Elegant, powerful and rich in finesse on the palate. The finish is pleasantly fresh.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: A classic as an aperitif, a pleasure in combination with light delicacies such as mussels. Highly recommended for fine fish dishes! Recommended serving temperature 8-10°C.
