STORY: Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna was stigmatized for a long time - as an affordable everyday wine with little character, but all the more sweetness. Partly right, partly wrong.
-
VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested by hand and the mash is then macerated cold. The Charmat method was used to produce sparkling wine to preserve the natural aromas.
AROMA: The nose smells of dark red berries. Impressive fruit mixes with rustic structure and supports the fine aromas of roses, berries and cherries.
- JUDGEMENT: These impressions are reflected in the taste, together with animating, fine perlage.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Very versatile wine, which can be enjoyed both as a soloist and as an accompaniment to light dishes or white meat
