VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Developed consciously without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.
AROMA: Aromas of strawberries, raspberries, cherries, red berries, plums and apricots.
EVALUATION: Fine, elegant and fresh on the palate with perfectly integrated fruit acidity and pleasant tannins.
