STORY: William is a name well known in Burgundy. Not just because it's partly English, causing some of his neighbors to have trouble pronouncing it, but because Monsieur Fevre has done a lot for the Chablis.
-

-

EVALUATION: Typical richness of minerals on the palate that combine in an elegant combination
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: goes very well with an aperitif, veal, poultry and seafood
William is a name well known in Burgundy. Not just because it's partly English, causing some of his neighbors to have trouble pronouncing it, but because Monsieur Fevre has done a lot for the Chablis. It is mainly thanks to William Fevre that a Chablis does not come from just any random corner of the new world where a clever marketing strategist has appropriated the name. The Domaine William Fevre is also known as the largest owner of Grand Cru sites in the Chablis and as the only house that manages its own parcels in six of the seven Grand Cru sites.
