-
VINIFICATION: Predominantly sunny south-facing slopes, the Pannonian microclimate and a conscious renunciation of yields influence the quality of the Veit wines. Günter Veit pays special attention to the Grüner Veltliner, both as a sophisticated DAC and as a wonderfully uncomplicated Veit-liner.
-
AROMA: A medium ruby red in the glass. A cocktail of red berries on the nose. Straightforward, uncomplicated and fresh.
-
RATING: A classic that is elegant and pleasantly tart on the palate.
-
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Grilled, gratinated onion and mustard meat, tomato and cream roast
