STORY: The municipality of Ollersdorf is located in the midst of picturesque vineyards in the southern Weinviertel. Predominantly sunny south-facing slopes, the Pannonian microclimate and a conscious sacrifice in yield all influence the quality of the Veit wines. Günter Veit pays particular attention to the Zweigelt Classic.
-

-
EVALUATION: Notes of black pepper on the palate with an imposing bouquet of fruit, harmonious, round with a soft character.
-
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Goes well with carpaccio with rocket and parmesan, fried aubergines
The municipality of Ollersdorf is located in the midst of picturesque vineyards in the southern Weinviertel. The Veit family has been growing wine in this area for generations. Today, Günter Veit and his wife Gerlinde are responsible for the approximately twelve hectare winery. Predominantly sunny south-facing slopes, the Pannonian microclimate and a conscious sacrifice in yield all influence the quality of the Veit wines. Günter Veit pays special attention to the Grüner Veltliner, both as a sophisticated DAC and his wonderfully uncomplicated Zweigelt Classic.
