• STORY: The municipality of Ollersdorf is located in the midst of picturesque vineyards in the southern Weinviertel. Predominantly sunny south-facing slopes, the Pannonian microclimate and a conscious sacrifice in yield all influence the quality of the Veit wines. Günter Veit pays particular attention to the Welschriesling.

• VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Developed consciously without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.

• AROMA: Aromas of green apples, a fresh note of citrus and a subtle nuttiness.

• EVALUATION: Harmonious and round on the palate with well-integrated acidity.

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Goes well with asparagus, pike, carp, chicken fricassee with green asparagus.
