With numerous top ratings, Weingut Polz is one of the leading wineries in Austria. Since 2020, the brothers Erich (junior) and Christoph Polz have been responsible for what is now the 4th generation. With the Grassnitzberg, the Hochgrassnitzberg, Obegg, the Theresienhöhe and the Czamillonberg, they cultivate 108 hectares of the greatest vineyards in Styria. The geological composition of the soil, many hours of sunshine and well-distributed rainfall offer almost ideal conditions for viticulture.
