STORY: In 1859 Louis Henry Denis Jadot had founded a trading house in Beaune. Today, Maison Louis Jadot is one of the most important houses in Burgundy with around 250 hectares of its own vines .

EXPANSION: Hand picking of very ripe and healthy grapes. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The expansion takes place for 18 months in barriques.

JUDGEMENT: Colour: pale, shiny golden yellow, fragrance: elegant bouquet of fresh apricots, ripe pears and grapefruit, taste: full-bodied on the palate with a juicy, fruity structure and very subtle hints of oak wood, the overall impression is very harmonious, elegant and round with a delicate glaze.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION : A stylish aperitif and a perfect accompaniment to dishes with fish and shellfish as well as dishes with white poultry.
