• STORY: In Ellerstadt, Palatinate, on the Vollmer winery, kestrels have been nesting for over 25 years. You can be found on the sandstone walls of the tower. From up here you have been accompanying the winemaker Heinrich Vollmer in the vineyard work for years. This history has resulted in a duo of two great wines.

• VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented. Matured partly in stainless steel and partly in wooden barrels.

• AROMA: With an elegant bouquet of dark cherries.

• EVALUATION: The taste is very harmonious and finely fruity.
