VINIFICATION: Hand picking of very ripe and healthy grapes. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks at controlled temperatures. The aging takes place for 16 months in French barriques before the wine is released in the bottle for sale.

RATING: Aromas of plum, cherry and mulberry with hints of spice. Complex, juicy and concentrated on the palate with velvety tannins. The finish is long, soft and pleasantly dry.
