For 20 years, Andreas Roll has been vinifying expressive wines in the fourth generation of the family in the Rhenish-Hessian Gau-Heppenheim - naturally, sustainably and ecologically. The prerequisite and thus the basis of his work is the healthy balance between soil, animal and plant world. The fungus-resistant grape varieties Johanniter and Cabernet Cortis allow gentle cultivation. The use of grass-pressed paper and cardboard with a high proportion of recycled content is environmentally friendly. In addition, the partnership with Plant-for-the-Planet brings the goal of saving the climate bottle by bottle and tree by tree one step closer.
