STORY: Uby is family-run and has been cultivating typical grape varieties of the region on the slopes of Gascony for over 100 years.

AGEING: After the harvest, the grapes are macerated and pneumatically pressed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. This is followed by aging on the lees. The wine is bottled young to fully express its concentrated fruitiness.
-
AROMA: Fine grapefruit and lemon aromas.
-
EVALUATION: Full, vinous body on the palate. Lively and fresh on the finish with a long finish.
-
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: At a drinking temperature of approx. 10°C, it is a wonderful aperitif and a good accompaniment to balmy summer evenings. Also excellent with asparagus, seafood, fish and soft cheeses.
