The finely tart Riesling Amor from the Trenz winery comes from the higher elevations of the famous Johannisberg, where the Riesling grapes remain on the vine for longer, allowing them to enjoy the autumn evening cool.

• VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Developed consciously without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.

• AROMA: Aromas of peach, passion fruit, ripe pear and dried fruit.

• EVALUATION: The Amor is an extremely fruity Riesling whose filigree acidity creates a harmonious overall impression. Lively, refreshingly rich in fruity acidity and a fine mineral note.
