STORY: "Don't philosophize around for a long time, but butter up the fish from the start!" Tobias Krämer is not someone who swings big speeches. He prefers to let his work do the talking and when he takes the floor, he speaks tartly - like his wines: They are straight forward in the best sense of the word.

VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Matured deliberately without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.
AROMA: The cuvée of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc jumps happily into your nose, aromas of yellow fruits and citrus, so it's a real pleasure
RATING: Round and supple in the mouth, with a small but subtle residual sweetness that makes the wine a perfect everyday wine
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: with fish dishes, also with an airy cream sauce, salmon in saffron sauce or char, with light or roasted meat or asparagus
"Don't philosophize around for a long time, but butter by the fish right from the start!" Tobias Krämer is not someone who swings big speeches. He prefers to let his work do the talking and when he takes the floor, he speaks tartly - like his wines: They are straight forward in the best sense of the word. Tobias always follows a clear line in his parents' winery in Gau Weinheim, which he has now taken over: from the vineyard to the cellar to the bottle. His wines are reduced to the essentials in the best sense of the word. They appear unadulterated, honest and pure. With his wine "Pudelwohl" he creates a wine that reflects his current situation, his wines are very popular and give him a lot of momentum. So no reason to complain, just a reason to feel at home!
