• STORY: LOVELY SCHNAPS SPECIALTY To ensure that our special schnapps is finally created, it is then stored in the Prince wooden barrel. The cherry distillate has several months to rest and develop. We then refine it with dried fruit, which gives it the pleasant sweetness of the fruit.

• VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Matured deliberately without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.

• AROMA: Since they quickly lose their freshness compared to other types of fruit, we process them immediately at the fruit farm in Leiblachtal. Pitted, destemmed and mashed, the fruit-intensive cherry distillate is finally produced in a gentle fine distilling process, which matures for several years in fine-pored stoneware containers.
