AROMA: A bitter liqueur made from 30 aromatic herbs. These include juniper berries with their balsamic, floral and earthy notes and rhubarb roots, which contribute an intensely tart note.

RATING: The berries, with their fresh and resinous notes, give the bitter great structure and persistence, making it particularly suitable for mixed drinks.
