They simply taste like the Zellertal. The barren soils, massively interspersed with limestone and clay, ensure a cool, mineral and radiantly clear style, the Montrachet of Germany, so to speak. All vines are on a pure south-facing slope with an incline of up to 35 degrees and soak up plenty of sun. This gives the wines a mature fruit aroma and sufficient power and fullness. Rarely does one come across a collection in which each individual wine so clearly expresses the vision of its creators.
