For over 50 years, the Volpi winery has been producing with the latest technology and has been gaining experience in organic cultivation for over 15 years. The winery owns vineyards in various provinces of Italy such as Marche and Sicily, where the Inzolia, Nero d'Avola and Sangiovese varieties are grown. It is precisely these grape varieties that are ideal for organic cultivation in the respective region. The pressing and vinification of the wine takes place on site. All further work steps take place in the main winery in Tortona.
