STORY: In 1965, the Fleur family entered the wine trade by purchasing what was then a small wine trading company on the Loire.

VINIFICATION: Yields are limited to 60 hl/ha. After harvest, fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures at 16-18°C for around 20 days. The use of wood is deliberately avoided in order to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the wines.

AROMA: notes of strawberries.

EVALUATION: Delicate on the palate, fresh and fruity with hints of sweet wild berries.
