• STORY: Vines have been cultivated at the Robert Weil winery in the Rheingau for four generations since 1867. On the 80 hectares of the winery, only Riesling has its regular place as a top white wine, whereby not only is it produced in excellent quality, but also according to the measures of environmentally friendly viticulture.

• VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Developed consciously without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.
