• STORY: Vines have been cultivated at the Robert Weil winery in the Rheingau for four generations since 1867. On the 80 hectares of the winery, only the Riesling has its regular place as a top white wine, which is not only produced in excellent quality, but also according to the measures of environmentally friendly winegrowing.

• VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Developed consciously without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.
