So the Quinta da Lixa was bought and has given the company its name ever since. Today, the grapes for this popular, refreshing yet traditional treat ripen on 35 hectares and delight the palates of the world. The Seixoso is the epitome of the rediscovered passion of Vinoh Verde. This can be felt both in the nose and on the palate through a seductive, exotic freshness. In addition to Vinho Verde, Alvarinho is also widespread in northern Portugal. Often used for Vinho Verde, ambitious winegrowers also make it as a varietal and prove that they are on a par with the Albariños from Rias Baixas in north-eastern Spain.
