The vineyards are located in a hilly landscape north of Montpellier. Characterized by the hot, dry climate, there is heavy rainfall between the months of May and September. The soils are mostly made of clay, limestone and pebbles . Today the vines of the winery stretch over 184ha. A selected number of grape varieties are grown on this area, which is one of the most extensive in the large wine-growing region. In addition to high-quality red wines, which represent the identity of the winery, the Château Puech-Haut impresses with exquisite white and rosé wines.
