• STORY: Dante - full name Dante Alighieri - is Italy's most famous poet and philosopher. He lived from 1265 to 1321 and created one of the most important works in world literature with his Divine Comedy.

• AGING: Separate vinification of the Garganega and Sauvignon Blanc grapes in stainless steel tanks. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are aged in barrique barrels for 2 months. The Garganega grapes are on the skin for 12 hours before they ferment for around 22 days and are aged in stainless steel tanks for 2 months. Both wines are then blended.

• AROMA: Straw yellow color with green reflections. Green aromas typical of Sauvignon Blanc with a bouquet of fresh fruit.

• RATING: Pleasant, well-integrated acidity on the palate. Long, dry finish with hints of almond.

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION: An excellent aperitif, but also ideal with starters such as antipasti. Wonderful with light, summery dishes, but also with fish, chicken, Italian cold cuts or pizza
