STORY: Aperitivo Green comes from the heart of Venice and is tradition paired with modern freshness. An aperitivo with a moderate alcohol content.
AROMA: A bitter liqueur made from 20 aromatic herbs. These include absinthe, ginger, chamomile and clove with their balsamic, floral and earthy notes as well as rhubarb roots, which contribute an intensely tart note.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Serve the P31 as a Green Spritz. The cocktail consists of 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts P31 Aperitivo, a splash of mineral water, ice cubes and 3 lime slices or a squeeze of fresh lime.
