STORY: No Spanish shelf without Viña Sol! The fresh Catalan is one of the most popular white wines from the Torres house and one of the first creations of the great Miguel A. Torres in 1962.
-
VINIFICATION: In the cellar, after brief contact with the skins, the musts are fermented at controlled temperatures of around 14 °C, quite cool and correspondingly slowly, within 15 to 20 days in stainless steel tanks. In order to preserve their fragrant freshness, the wines were bottled as early as December of the harvest year.

AROMA: pale, shiny raspberry pink FRAGRANCE: fragrant bouquet with notes of fresh red summer berries, especially red currants
ASSESSMENT: Dry on the palate, straightforward, silky and delicately fruity, with elegant freshness and a hint of pink pepper in the finale
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: delicious as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to grilled vegetables, fish and poultry, with tapas, light pasta, paella with seafood or just like that, as a fragrant summer wine on the terrace
