RATING: Tart and fresh on the palate too, juicy fruit, lively acidity and aromatic freshness are perfectly balanced, lots of fresh fruit in the final too, with an elegant aftertaste of blackcurrants
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Animating with an aperitif or as a fine accompaniment to baked fish and poultry (chicken, turkey), chicken fricassee and many Asian dishes
