• STORY: Production area: Valle Central. In Chile, Santa Digna was the name given to the crosses that marked the transition from urban to rural areas. A kind of boundary stone that symbolized growth and prosperity and promised protection to all those who moved from one area to another. Torres Chile is also about growth, prosperity and protection.

• VINIFICATION: The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for Torres Santa Digna Rosé are harvested from the beginning of April, taken immediately to the winery and macerated here for two days, in order to extract maximum of the intense cherry red color and fruity varietal aromas from the grape skins in a completely natural way.

• AROMA: bright, shiny cherry red Scent: seductive bouquet of fragrant strawberries and juicy ripe plums against tart fresh notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit)

• ASSESSMENT: powerful on the palate, refreshing with juicy fruit and delicate acidity, in the finale elegant and sensual at the same time with a long, fruity-aromatic finish

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Delicious as a refreshing aperitif or a fruity, elegant summer drink on the terrace, at the grill, for a picnic, with fresh salads (e.g. Caesar or Nice salad), smoked or air-dried ham, salami, grilled shrimp, chicken, fresh pasta with braised vegetables or with oriental-spiced dishes
