AGEING: Alcoholic fermentation lasted between 8 and 12 days at a temperature of 28°C, with the skins remaining in contact with the skins for a further 21 days to extract tannins, color and flavors. The wine then matured in American oak barrels with a capacity of 300 liters for more than 6 months.
