• STORY: Miguel Torres not only stands for the best wines in Spain, but also for sustainability and climate protection. Between 2008 and 2020, he reduced the carbon emissions of each bottle of wine by 30% and founded the International Wineries for Climate Action group with other major wineries.

• VINIFICATION: After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house to be sorted and carefully crushed. Following temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages on the fine lees for a few months before the alcohol is carefully removed.
