DRINKING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C

VINIFICATION: The grapes are macerated for a good two weeks to remove intense color pigments, aromas and gentle tannins from the skins of the grapes, and fermented at controlled temperatures of around 30 °C in stainless steel tanks for seven to 15 days.

AROMA: clearly fruity bouquet of ripe dark wild berries and cherries, elegantly underlined with warm roasted and spice aromas (cloves, black pepper, vanilla)Flavour: powerful, juicy, warm and sensual on the palate, beautifully balanced with silky tannins and an elegant aftertaste of dark fruits and spices Colour: deep, dark, shiny crimson to garnet red Scent: lush, clearly fruity bouquet of ripe dark wild berries and cherries, elegantly underlined with warm red st and spice flavors (cloves, black pepper, vanilla)

SERVING RECOMMENDATION: delicious with roast game and ragouts, spicy lamb and beef with a herb crust, rabbit, Mediterranean rice and vegetable dishes or also with spicy matured hard cheeses
