• STORY: The fresh, uncomplicated wines for every day have a permanent place in the Torres wine range, as traditional ambassadors of their homeland, which simply always go well with friends, for family reunions or romantically as a couple.

• VINIFICATION: The red San Valentín is made from the Spanish grape variety Garnacha tinta. The grapes are harvested from September and brought immediately to the winery, where they are first macerated cold for five to six days and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of around 26 °C for around eight to ten days.

• AROMA: fruity bouquet of red and black fruits, dates and dried figs, underlaid with fine Mediterranean spice notes (garrigue, laurel)

• RATING: Gentle and fruity on the palate with aromas of ripe fruit and jam, supported by silky tannins - makes you want more

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION: with grilled and roasted poultry, spicy rice and pasta dishes, sausage and ham or mature cheese
