• VINIFICATION: The grapes for Torres' Pazo das Bruxas are harvested in October, brought immediately to the winery and macerated here for six hours to concentrate the first aromas, but also powerful structure-giving components from the berry skins.

• AROMA: aromatically intense and at the same time flawless, very clear bouquet of green apples and citrus fruits, underlaid with fine, slightly grassy notes
