STORY: A Catalan Mas is a traditional country house. Not a holiday home for sophisticated city dwellers, but a farm where a family could live and support themselves with their agricultural products: vegetables, olive oil and of course wine from their own vineyards, which was pressed and stored in their own cellar.

VINIFICATION: In the winery, the grapes are first macerated for six days, then fermented within ten days at controlled temperatures of 25 to 26 °C in stainless steel tanks.
