• STORY: In the 14th century, the last alchemist of the Penedès lived on the old Mas Rabell estate. The secret of their wisdom, however, differed little from the practices of modern oenology, with which Torres also uses the natural forces of the sun, the sky, the earth to harvest ripe, fully aromatic grapes - from which Mas Rabell ultimately arises.

• AGEING: Parellada and Garnacha Blanca for Torres white Mas Rabell are harvested from September when they are optimally ripe, brought immediately to the winery and pressed here immediately.

• AROMA: seductive, fruity, aromatic and a hint of grassy bouquet of gooseberries, citrus fruits (grapefruit, tangerines), some pineapple, white nectarines, fruit blossoms and fine herbs

• ASSESSMENT: very juicy on the palate, fresh and lively with good fullness, lush fruit and racy acidity, perfectly balanced, with a nice aromatic length, a juicy, fresh, elegant wine that immediately makes you want more!

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Animating aperitif or food accompaniment to fresh shrimp, mussels, fish, light rice and pasta dishes with chicken and spring vegetables, paella with seafood or simply pure, as a summer-fresh glass on the terrace
