STORY: For more than 15 years, Miguel Torres has been working to assemble his unique collection of old Catalan grape varieties. Autochthonous varieties, which almost no one was able to correctly interpret and classify, were now collected, replanted, identified and expanded.

VINIFICATION: The low yields (around 3,000 kg/ha) of the old vines in Grans Muralles are harvested by hand and only the best grapes are vinified separately according to grape variety and aged for 18 months in new French Allier and Nevers oak barrels.
