STORY: The Valle de Curico is a sub-region of the Valle Central. The cordilleras of the Andes are border and interface at the same time. Depending on your perspective, they separate or connect Chile and Argentina, two countries, two cultures and with this special character they also shape the wines that are produced here. Torres has dedicated its own series of selected qualities to them under the name "Cordillera".

AGING: In the winery, the strictly sorted grapes are destemmed, crushed, crushed and fermented for seven days at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.
AROMA: very deep, intense color Scent: expressive bouquet with powerful varietal aromas of ripe wild berries, eucalyptus and leather, underlined with delicate toasted notes and hints of cloves, bay leaf, liquorice and black pepper
RATING: wide and full-bodied on the palate, the tannins are round and harmoniously integrated, the unmistakable Carmenère aromas of the bouquet can also be felt on the palate, finely accentuated by warm spicy and roasted notes from the barrel maturity, which also determine the long-lasting finale

SERVING RECOMMENDATION: a great wine that goes wonderfully with hearty meat dishes, very nice with juicy roast lamb or pork, seasoned with lots of herbs or gingerbread aromas, also with grilled and pan-fried dishes, with Mediterranean oven dishes with tomatoes, aubergines, olives, herbs... or with mature hard cheese
