• STORY: The cordilleras of the Andes mark the border between Chile and Argentina and they shape the character of the wines that are produced on both sides of their foothills. With Cordillera, Torres Chile has dedicated its own line of selected quality wines to them. His Cordillera Carignan is made from single-variety grapes from old Carignan vines, which only produce small yields in the high valleys of the Andes Cordillera, but produce an exceptional concentration. They find their perfect expression in the intensive, aromatically ripe fruit and spiciness of the wine.

• VINIFICATION: In March / April, the grapes are harvested and strictly sorted, then completely destemmed, macerated and then fermented within ten days at controlled temperatures of around 25 °C.

• AROMA: intense, dark ruby ​​red Scent: ripe dark berries and fine herbal aromas on the nose, underlined with the spicy smoke and roasted notes of the oak and a hint of vanilla

• RATING: Full-bodied, wide and complex, the aromatic fruit and spiciness of the bouquet gradually develops on the palate, supported by firm but gently integrated tannins and fresh acidity, round and harmonious with a nice length and a slightly herbal, spicy aftertaste of laurel and mint
