• AGEING: The Pinot Noir is cold macerated for eight days. This is followed by mash fermentation until it is finally allowed to mature in barriques for 18 months.

• AROMA: The Beau Chêne Rouge flows out of the bottle in a strong red color and exudes a scent of red fruits, thyme and wild garrigue bushes.

• RATING: Cool traces of fruit on the palate, transporting minerals, dense and yet fine and cool. The finest, juicy tannins meet with brilliant length.

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Venison, duck, goose

Due to the selective hand-picking, the yield is relatively low, but the variety of aromas and finesse is all the higher. Aged for six months on the fine lees in old French oak barrels, the Pinot Blanc captivates with a fruity nose dominated by buttered pear and roasted nuts. It has a juicy mouthfeel dominated by plums and a dense, never-ending aftertaste. The Pinot Noir is cold macerated for eight days. This is followed by mash fermentation until it is finally allowed to mature in barriques for 18 months. He lies deep dark in the glass, exudes aromas of blackcurrant, chocolate and mineral rock. On the palate it shows off its full fruitiness, rounded off by well-integrated tannins. You can only find quality like this from your trusted butcher.
