VINIFICATION: The grapes are destemmed, mashed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

AROMA: Prensal Blanc and Chardonnay give the fresh white slightly exotic notes of peach, grapefruit, lychee, some banana, apple and subtle fennel

RATING: Mellow and soft on the palate with fine minerality and refreshing acidity. A fun wine and certainly one of the best Blancos on the island!

SERVING RECOMMENDATION: as an elegant aperitif with savory puff pastries, smoked fish (salmon, trout), oysters au gratin, souffles or with medium-ripened soft cheese
