• JUDGEMENT: Shiny golden yellow, fine, dynamic perlage. The bouquet reveals a palette of ripe fruit, including yellow fruits (mirabelle plums) of the Pinot Noir and sweet citrus fruits (Tarte au Citron) and delicate notes of white flowers (jasmine) of the Chardonnay, complemented by smoky and pastry notes. Densely concentrated, deep, expressive and well-structured on the palate with a beguiling Pinot Noir texture that brings immense saline freshness with a hint of bitterness.

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION: As an aperitif; goes perfectly with fine seafood, porcini mushrooms, sweetbreads and parmesan, poultry and dishes with a slightly hotter accent.
