Champagne is the coolest wine-growing region in France and is subject to the moderate influence of the Atlantic climate. The region is known for its chalk soil.

• RATING: Glossy golden yellow, fine, dynamic perlage. The bouquet reveals a palette of ripe fruit, including yellow fruits (mirabelle plums) of the Pinot Noir and sweet citrus fruits (Tarte au Citron) and delicate notes of white flowers (jasmine) of the Chardonnay, complemented by smoky and pastry notes.
