• JUDGEMENT: Salmon pink with bright red reflections. Very intense color. Fine, exquisite, dynamic effervescence. A summery-fresh, wonderfully intensive bouquet with notes of vineyard peaches, currants and blood oranges. After contact with air, notes of apricots from Roussillon, reminiscent of jam.

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION: The wine goes well as an aperitif, with dishes with fine poultry, poached salmon or scallops, pastries such as biscuits with ripe red berries.
