Clear, exceptionally mineral bouquet with notes of citrus fruits (cedar apple), aromas of white flowers smelling of vanilla (pollen) as well as almonds and cereals. • SERVING RECOMMENDATION: This champagne goes well with beef carpaccio with white truffle, lamb broth with fennel, fried turbot, scallops, Bresse poularde with foie gras and black truffle, mild goat's cheese and creamy cheeses.
