• STORY: La Granja is Spanish and means "the farm". The name suffix 360° is due to the fact that the winery was allocated the 360th parcel in the village in 1945. The farm is located in northern Spain in the Cariñena region, known for Tempranillo cultivation, in the Iberian mountains between the Campo de Cariñena valley and the Ebro river.

• VINIFICATION: After selective hand picking, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented. The wine ages in oak barrels for 2 months.

• AROMA: a spicy bouquet with a scent of raspberries, rose petals and subtle toasted notes, ripe and creamy tannins, long finish with lush notes of berries and spices

• EVALUATION: Rich purple color on the palate, complex and delicately spicy

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION: A nice everyday companion, goes well with all kinds of meat dishes, dark poultry, mushrooms and cheese, with pasta with dark sauces, hard cheese or as an aperitif

The farm is located in northern Spain in the Cariñena region, known for Tempranillo cultivation, in the Iberian mountains between the Campo de Cariñena valley and the Ebro river. The DO Cariñena is one of the oldest quality wine regions in Spain and many vines are over 50 years old. The climate is characterized by dry summers and cold winters. The "el Cierzo" wind intensifies the drought and keeps the vines away from many diseases. The soil is barren and consists of ocher colored limestone. Ideal for the Tempranillo and Garnacha grape varieties, grown at an altitude of 400 to 800m.
