The Rondeur APPASSIMENTO is a bold wine, unique in France. Appassimento has its origins in northern Italy and gets its very own expression here in the Languedoc. Due to the slow raisining on the stick, the flavoring substances are concentrated and give the rondeur its typically pleasant residual sweetness. The label with its noble, minimalist design appears mysterious and ambiguous: the impression of warmth and sun, the sundial as an allusion to time and patience.
